The concept

A weekend of training and adventure with like-minded athletes — and the depth of personal performance data that would otherwise cost a small fortune to assemble.

The Runner's MOT brings coaching, physiotherapy, biomechanics, nutrition, lab testing and wellbeing consultation together into a single long weekend. You leave with a complete picture of where you stand — and the tools to act on it.

  • Individual physio assessment & biomechanics screening
  • 1:1 nutritional analysis & wellness consult
  • Lactate and physiological testing
  • Coached trail and hill running with Kim Collison
  • Race planning talk & take-home training plan
  • Group meals, talks and downtime built around the weekend
Friday – Monday
