Camp Terms & Conditions

Our standard booking terms and camp policies, applying to all LSB UK and Croatia camps unless stated otherwise for a specific camp.

Booking & payment
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any camp.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the camp start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bookings made within 8 weeks of the camp start date require payment in full at the time of booking.
  • Places are confirmed only once the deposit (or full payment, where applicable) has been received.
Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations more than 8 weeks before the camp start date: balance payments already made will be refunded, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 8 weeks of the camp start date: no refund is available, though we will always try to fill your place from a waiting list where possible.
  • We strongly recommend all athletes take out travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness and injury.
Health & fitness
  • All athletes must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries or health concerns at the time of booking.
  • Camps involve genuine physical exertion on variable terrain — athletes are responsible for arriving with a suitable base level of fitness for the camp booked.
  • LSB coaches reserve the right to modify or restrict an individual's participation in a session where there is a safety concern.
  • 1:1 diagnostic services (physio, lactate testing, nutrition consults) are for guidance purposes and do not replace independent medical advice.
Changes & cancellation by LSB
  • LSB reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the published programme, coaching team or itinerary where necessary.
  • In the unlikely event a camp is cancelled by LSB, all payments made will be refunded in full.
  • LSB is not liable for costs incurred by athletes in relation to travel, equipment or other arrangements made independently of the camp booking.
Travel & equipment
  • Travel to and from the camp venue is the responsibility of the athlete, unless explicitly stated as included.
  • Athletes are responsible for bringing kit and equipment appropriate to the camp and conditions, as detailed on the relevant camp page.
Photography
  • LSB may take photographs and video during camps for use in future marketing, unless an athlete opts out in writing in advance.
